Bulgarian neo-Nazi member of the European Parliament Angel Dzhambazhki was fined just 2,000 EUR the scandal he caused in February, when he made the Nazi salute in the European Parliament.
Dzhambazhki was making one of his usual rants in the Parliament, and after, while leaving, he turned around and made the salute. He insisted that he was just waving and the gesture was misunderstood.
