The mayor pointed out that such projects that the city strives to implement on a larger scale have a positive impact on the environment and enable its protection.

– We are starting with the facilities under the jurisdiction of the City of Skopje, for which we will undertake major activities to increase their energy efficiency, which will also be able to confirm their capacity for establishing systems from renewable energy sources with an energy certificate, said Arsovska.

At today’s public debate, which was attended by experts and interested citizens, it was concluded that such projects will not only protect the environment, but will make savings that in times of crisis, especially energy crisis, are welcome, because in the long run directly saves budget funds that can be used to invest in new innovative renewable energy systems.
