Why is the Government refusing to give written guarantees that it will not undermine the Macedonian national identity in its negotiations with Bulgaria, asks the opposition VMRO-DPMNE party in a press statement.

SDSM refused our offer to vote on a declaration on the legacy of Goce Delcev on the 150th anniversary of his birth. SDSM is ready to amend the Constitution and name the Bulgarians in it. There is a serious danger that SDSM and Kovacevski will accept the declaration of the Bulgarian Parliament as basis for our EU accession talks, VMRO said in the statement.
