VMRO-DPMNE: The documents for the completed modular hospital in Tetovo were not signed by an engineer

No matter how much they try to transfer the blame between themselves, SDSM and DUI are the most called for responsibility in the case of the catastrophic fire in the Tetovo modular hospital. From the beginning of the construction until the tragic event, the modular hospitals followed a series of suspicious procedures and huge omissions, say in a statement from VMRO-DPMNE.
First, the very fact that the hospital burned down in just 3 minutes raises the question of the unsafe PUR materials with which the Tetovo modular hospital was made, which are easily flammable.
Second, eyewitness testimony that the building in which 14 patients were burned alive did not have fire extinguishers and an early fire detection system.
Third, the buildings were handed over for use without technical acceptance, without a building permit or, as Zaev would say, just like a restaurant summer terrace.
Fourth, the handover of the facilities was not attended by an inspector of the Directorate for Protection and Rescue who was obliged to inspect the facility for possible danger of fire and explosions and to approve the facility as safe.
Fifth, according to media reports in the documents as supervision after the completion of the construction of modular hospitals has not signed an engineer who would guarantee the quality of the facility. Such a facility without the guarantee of an engineer was put into use and treatment of patients, which is the peak of irresponsibility.
Sixth, according to public data, the project documentation from the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy is not identical to the tender documentation of the Ministry of Health that provided the decision for construction of the modular hospitals.
Seventh, Zoran Zaev and Venko Filipce flew by helicopter to inspect the installation of the modular hospitals, and now they are running away from responsibility for the tragedy. It is shameless and miserable.
The fact that Zaev, Filipce and SDSM transfer the responsibility for the tragedy in Tetovo with the coalition partner DUI, does not interest the public at all. Citizens demand resignations and responsibility. In order for there to be a credible investigation, all those involved in the construction of the Tetovo modular hospital should first resign, so as not to affect the investigation process. Then it will be seen who, in addition to moral responsibility, will bear criminal responsibility, says the party statement of VMRO-DPMNE.
