As owners of almost 80% of the construction land in the municipality of Kisela Voda, better known as the Rasadnik in which several hundred owners appear as owners, after a long time we address the public through you as media because we believe that we are the most disadvantaged side when it comes to this place which has been in the media lately. Namely, it is an area of about 120,000 m2 of land which is in a construction area and according to the general urban plan it is in a housing zone, reads the statement of the land owners in the Municipality of Kisela Voda – Rasadnik.

– We as owners have been paying tax for years as for construction land that is built or on which we can build at the same time, but unfortunately we can not use one of the basic constitutional rights of every person, enjoyment of their property but our property is desolate, overgrown and unurbanized, not for a year or two, but for more than a decade. We only request the adoption of a detailed urban plan in accordance with the existing GUP. We want to emphasize that the pre-election promises of the mayor that in the first year of his term he will bring the detailed urban plan and that infrastructure will be built in the Nursery and facilities it did not happen and we have only frivolous promises that every next month DUP. We have also addressed the Mayor of the City of Skopje, but in his term he did not receive us, did not dare to help us, nor to sit down with his party colleague and find a solution to our decade-long problem, they say.

The owners of the land in Rasadnik inform the authorities who in the first place see them as the culprits for our problem, and then the citizens that they are requesting a detailed urban plan by law and that they are not even part of the construction business and that they will take the next more radical measures. :

– Disobedience and non-payment of property tax, as well as requesting a refund of property tax and compensation

– Protesting and blocking the Boulevard “Boris Trajkovski”

– Protesting and blocking the Municipality of Kisela Voda and the headquarters of the City of Skopje

– As owners we know that unfortunately the citizens will feel the consequences of our activities, but we have no other choice, they added.
