The donation of six thousand “Astra-Zeneca” vaccines, which the Macedonian border police received from Hungary, will not end with them, because most of them are less than 60 years old, and for that age category in the country it is forbidden to receive vaccines from this manufacturer.

As Sloboden Pechat finds out, it has been decided that the donated doses of “Astra-Zeneca” will be handed over to the Ministry of Health, and the ministry will give vaccines from “Sinopharm” as a replacement to the border police, which can be applied to people under 60 years, such as most border police officers.

“Members of the police are not vaccinated on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The Ministry of Interior received a donation from Hungary of 6,000 doses of the Astra-Zeneca vaccine which will not be intended for police officers, but will provide 6,000 doses of Sinopharm vaccines, and the donated vaccines will be used for vaccination and revaccination of citizens over 60 age “, say from the Ministry of Health for Sloboden pechat.
