The trial for the illegal financing of the non-governmental organization “International Union”, where together with the founder Bojan Jovanovski, four more people are accused, continues on November 25, after material evidence was presented at today’s hearing.

Judge Sofche Gavrilova Efremovska said that having in mind the health condition of the first defendant Bojan Jovanovski, today’s hearing is ending and asked for medical documentation to be submitted for his health condition.

During the trial, Jovanovski complained to the court that specialist had instructed him to be on strict therapy and lying down next month, as well as that he could not follow the presentation of evidence.

The first defendant Bojan Jovanovski, at the beginning, asked for the removal of Judge Sofche Gavrilova Efremovska, due to, as he said, bias, because she was part of the trial council in the “Racket” case. The judge said that the request would be forwarded to the President of the Court, after which the hearing continued with the presentation of material evidence, proposed by the Prosecution.

Frosina Remenski, Mile Jovanovski, the father of Boki 13 and Jasna Mandich are also accused in the case of the NGO International Union, founded by Bojan Jovanovski-Boki 13, through which, according to the indictment, businessmen were allegedly deceived by businessmen for alleged centers for adults. Jovanovski is accused of fraud and money laundering. Remenski, as vice-president of the non-governmental organization, is accused of aiding and abetting fraud, Mandich is accused of aiding and abetting fraud and money laundering, Mile Jovanovski is charged with aiding and abetting money laundering and unauthorized manufacture, possession, brokering and trafficking in weapons. The non-governmental organization is also accused as legal entity.
