Today, the President of VMRO-DPMNE Christian Mickoski met with the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, Enke Holstein.
– The current political situation, elections and future strategic priorities were discussed at the meeting.

The President of VMRO-DPMNE Mickoski pointed out that the elections that passed could not be assessed as fair and democratic because the Government conducted series of violations, bribes and irregularities during the voting, which seriously violates the democratic foundation of the elections. The country also received serious remarks about the elections noted by the OSCE mission, according to the party.

Mickoski pointed out that in addition to impoverishing the people and plunging Macedonia into severe financial crisis, the Government carried out an organized bribe worth several million euros. This behaviour has proven that the Government legitimizes crime and corruption as the main substrate for their actions.
The leader of VMRO-DPMNE Mickoski pointed out that based on the trust received from the citizens and believing in the principles and values that were elaborated by the Coalition for Rebuilding of Macedonia; he is making efforts to form a new parliamentary majority, which will mean serious work to overcome the severe crisis in which the country finds itself.

The President of VMRO-DPMNE Christian Mickoski pointed out that serious engagements of all institutions are needed in fulfilling the European agenda and progress on the road to integration into the European Union. The SDSM Government is not able to deliver results that would be recognized by the strategic partners of the Union.
