President Gjorge Ivanov extended condolences to King Philippe of Belgium following today’s terrorist attacks in Brussels.



“I heard the news about the atrocious attacks in Brussels with utmost concern. In these moments of profound sorrow, allow me on behalf of the citizens of Macedonia, to express my most sincere condolences to you and to support you and encourage you to be persistent and resolute in the fight against terrorism, violence and criminal acts,” reads Ivanov’s note in which he strongly condemns the terrorist attacks that claimed the lives of at least 30 people.
