President Ivanov meets members of Italian-Macedonian chamber of commerce

President Gjorge Ivanov met late Thursday with members of the Italian-Macedonian chamber of commerce, which focuses on development of bilateral economic cooperation.


Businessmen briefed Ivanov on their activities over enhancement of economic cooperation and trade exchange, the President’s Office said in a press release.

President Ivanov stressed that Italy has continually been among Macedonia’s top ten trading partners, expecting an increase of Italian investments in the country over the coming period.


The Italian-Macedonian chamber of commerce was established last year with the objective of enhancing bilateral relations, especially in the field of economy.
