The European Union’s Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA) II is scheduled to provide about EUR 665 million for projects in several fields as of next year. The Parliament is set to ratify the IPA II Framework Agreement on Tuesday.


Projects within IPA II refer to reforms within the preparations for membership in EU and related institutions, social-economic and regional development, employment and social policy, education, enhancement of gender equality and human resources’ development, agriculture and rural development, regional and territorial policy.

MPs should also ratify the Macedonia-Bosnia-Herzegovina agreement over exchange and mutual protection of classified information.
