British company Allocate Software in Skopje today opened new Center for development of applications, which will strengthen the technical development of the application suite market of health services.the application suite market of health services.


With planned investment of five million euro, the company will employ 50 leading programmers to develop software applications in the country. The company has offices in Sydney and Stockholm, and is leading provider of specialized software to optimize the workforce.

-The Center will be opportunity for Macedonian engineers to join and build their careers through successful international business in healthcare applications, said the CEO of Allocate Software, Ian Bowles.

Minister Ivanovski speaking at the event said that the company from London, has recognized the positive conditions offered by Macedonia, based on which made final decision on the development of its business in the country.

-With this are implemented the efforts and activities of the Macedonian government institutions to establish environment for establish standards and values ​​that will be recognized in the world and that will bring us new investment. Support and logistics of the Macedonian government in this area is very strong, and are aimed at creating jobs for professional IT experts, said Ivanovski.

Chief Director for technology at the Allocate Software, Ian Bishop, said that as company they are interested in attracting software engineers, in order to master the innovative software products.

-We have long-term ambitions and our development center in Macedonia to become the largest company in the coming years, said Bishop.

The event was addressed by the British Ambassador to the Republic of Macedonia, Charles Garrett.
